Over the course of 3 consecutive Saturdays (or Sundays), from the comfort of your home, you can:

  • Learn to work through any stressful situation using the inquiry method

  • Understand the root cause of all suffering

  • Discover your prescription for happiness!

A few things to note about this workshop:

1 - It is a one day program spread over 3 Saturdays (or Sundays). Each session will be of 2 hours duration (6 hours total) and will take place on Zoom (group video call).

2 - The workshop will be process oriented and interactive. It will include coaching, weekly assignments, and handouts.

4 - A WhatsApp group will be created for announcements and further support during the three weeks.

5 - Participants will need to adhere to the facilitator's guidelines in order to ensure a smooth flow during the workshop.

6 - This is a workshop for self awareness. It is not psychotherapy.

7 - Registration is complete only upon full payment of the workshop fee of ₹2400.

8 - No refunds will be given once the workshop is in progress. However, if for any reason the facilitator is unable to go through with the workshop, or cancels in between, you shall be refunded the total amount.

The workshop will take place over Zoom and will be entirely process oriented. There will be time for questions. This is the advanced level of In Sense.
